The name sounds like a contradiction in terms, doesn't it? let me explain. I have about 20 of these fans doing various things related to my computer hardware, but today I thought it was time to write a review about it. Of the 20 or so I had, 3 are now out of service and the 4th showed signs of dying within the first year of use. Yes they move a huge amount of air but I believe the frame is too weak so any external pressure can deform this frame and eventually affect the blades. If you have one of these fans, you can squeeze the ring slightly and see how easily it bends. Unfortunately, this means that if your mounting points aren't exactly square, you'll see the exact same fan failures as I did. Hopefully Arctic will fix this in the future, but for now buyers should be careful.
