Review on OMAX MD82ES10 40X-2000X Digital LED Compound Microscope with Integrated 1.3MP Camera and Dual Layer Mechanical Stage, Windows and Mac Compatible by Mark Hanson

I found this microscope to be just what I needed until the lights went out. - a letter with instructions for the return. It's been 7 days now and no email and now I can't get through, when I call I wait a few minutes then write down that it's currently unanswered. I am very frustrated at this point. I will keep trying to get through on the phone and will post another review once this has been resolved by customer service. I still hope that everything will be solved and I will fix my microscope. Don't get me wrong I really liked this microscope and have used it a lot so I am so worried that it will be sent back for me to get it back so I can enjoy it even more! Omax please send me the email I'm waiting for. I'm not sure what the problem is with your phone service, maybe today would be a better day for my microscope alert. got my light fixed and am so happy with omax and amscope! thanks amscope!
