I like that they offer their customers many different plans, with different addons for each plan. They also have a very good support system in place when it comes to questions or concerns regarding your account. The only thing about this program that would make me dislike it, if nothing else, was how expensive it can be. It will cost you quite some money just to use it once or twice. If you are looking for something affordable then do not opt for Docutrak unless you really need to save up some dough. We needed a way to keep track of all of our correspondence with patients who were under our care. This helped us immensely because we could easily check where we left off at specific points during conversations between patient and myself. The ease of use and how well it integrates with our mobile devices. The ability to have multiple people on one account and share documents. Also, the ability to search for a document by title or date. It would be nice if you could upload files directly from your desktop instead of having to go through another web page. We are solving the problem of keeping track of all correspondence in one place.
