docuTRAK Review

I like everything about this platform, from its ease of use to all of it's features. There are some small glitches here or there that can be fixed, but nothing too significant. I like that they offer their customers many different plans, with different addons for each plan. They also have a very good support system in place when it comes to questions or concerns regarding your account. I like that we can use it for both internal communications as well external, such has emailing with clients or sending documents via faxes etc! It's easy enought even my non techie colleagues have managed without too much hassle in training them how they work (although you do need some basic knowledge).
