I like everything about this platform, from its ease of use to all of it's features.

There are some small glitches here or there that can be fixed, but nothing too significant. It does what we need (and more), and if you want something easy for your team to learn and implement quickly then definitely go with Docutrak! The benefit our organization has realized since implementing this tool is immediate improvements in productivity as well as a reduction in turnaround time between receiving documents and their status being updated. We have also been able to streamline internal processes such as approvals and tracking requests by assigning them directly within the system so they don't require us to jump back and forth between two different applications anymore.
