I like that we can use it for both internal communications as well external, such has emailing with clients or sending documents via faxes etc! It's easy enought even my non techie colleagues have managed without too much hassle in training them how they work (although you do need some basic knowledge).
The only thing i dislike about this software was when trying send attachments through emails there would be errors saying "The file could not open". This meant if any files were attached then people couldn't see what had been sent until after opening up their messages again - but thankfully these are rare now so its no longer really noticeable once your used to using Docutrak anyway!! So far very happy customer who uses all aspects daily from case management right down to just general communication within our business/company;.
