Well it's easy to use and the water tasted great when I first used it. I drink from it every day and just thought I got used to the new taste. I've had it for a little over a month. I just ran a water test again and as you can see there is NO difference between tap water and Krug filtered water. According to the description, the filters last about 3 months. Well maybe if you drink a quarter of the recommended ounce every day. Super disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't afford fancy systems and don't want them on my kitchen counter - so it seems like I have to buy filters every month to make sure it works the way it's supposed to. So be warned. The filter needs to be changed much more often than specified by the manufacturer.
