I would not buy again. "First" it's four levels, so of course it won't be super stable. However, due to the way it was designed, I can't put it all sides against a wall. In the end I only got the corner of the house against the wall. Second and most importantly, the instructions are the worst I've ever dealt with, and that's saying something (photo attached for your enjoyment). Third, if you have a big cat, this is not for you. The house is small, the levels are small, everything is on the flat side. My kitten was fine, my senior cat looked at me like I was torturing her - she could barely sit on the ledge and couldn't/won't go inside. I have no complaints about the overall quality, it's about what you'd expect, although I wish it was carpet and not so much crap. I don't think you even get what you pay for anymore.
