I love Big Joe products! I have several bean bags and lounge chairs, all ordered from Revain, and they've all held up incredibly well considering my 5th graders sit on them every day. My students love them because they are so comfortable. However, when I received this 'new' beanbag a few days ago, I noticed that it felt flat. When I opened the box it came in, the chair had been crumpled up as if it had been used and then placed back in the box. Upon closer inspection, the inner zipper was half open and about 15% of the styles were missing. There were a lot of pieces of beans in the teeth of the zipper, as if the zipper had been opened and closed many times. I haven't had that with any of my other Big Joe products. (Big Joe products have double zippers, making it almost impossible for a bean to spill.) So the company sent me either a damaged bean chair or a used bean chair when it should have been new. I had to buy a bag of beans to refill the stool.
