Everything arrived intact and nicely packaged. :-) It came with a simple page explaining the details and how to use it. There was also a recipe for sauerkraut on the back. Giving 4 stars because: This is my first fermentation lock set I've ever bought so I'm not sure how big the holes on top should be. But I would definitely recommend if your home is infested with mosquitoes, fruit flies, ants, or other small pests that you add an extra cover to the airlock, like a coffee filter that's attached to the top with a rubber band so nothing gets inside in, but your fermentation might still breathe.
