It's as 'medium as can be' It's a good jacket, don't get me wrong. But I would hope something with a removable liner would be more comfortable for the summer. Thing is hot considering we're having a heat wave right now. But it lets very little air through. I find them too "medium", too light for a winter jacket and too heavy for a summer jacket. I haven't tried it in winter yet. But just my first thoughts. But it looks very good, fits well and the reflectors on the jacket improve visibility. The shoulder pads are slightly off, sitting in an odd position and causing a slight discomfort when the arm is rotated. But not enough to take it off. That's what you would expect for the price.
