A little small
My daughter wears a size 13 and judging by other reviews I ordered XL, although the packaging says they fit a size 2-3. They suit her perfectly. They are not baggy and do not slip when worn. Although I think they fit up to a size 2, the elastic tends to stretch quickly and I worry that they are uncomfortable because they are so tight. In general very satisfied!
