The seller stated the arm can support around 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of weight. It's more like 1.5 kilos. Structural elements and locking screws are too light to support more weight. Tightening the lock nut on the first one they sent me caused the bolt to slip through the bracket and it could not be tightened again. The 1/4 inch camera mounting screw on this unit was also too short, making the parts mounted on the bracket not secure enough. Revain replaced it, and the second example has the correct length mounting screw. I limited myself to lighter cameras, and this didn't require over-tightening the locknut to keep the screw from slipping. Generally acceptable. Not great but okay.
