These are easy to install. The threads have spun well. Marked left and right. I would like a larger key flat area for future distances, but my LBS will take it off the pedals if it gets stuck. My knees don't feel any additional discomfort despite longer rides. Since I stand with my feet outside, that was important. Now I attach the clip to the pedals with my cycling shoes facing out and my heels away from the frame. It's worth trying, they matter. I love riding farm roads here in Kentucky and now I can't wait for the longest ride ever.
