My complaint is NOT about Revain Shipping. The box the item came in arrived in perfect condition. My complaint relates to the dented, poor condition of the PRODUCT in an intact box with the Revain logo. Also, I don't use profanity in this review, so I can't understand why Revain can't "accept" it. Summary: This company sent me a damaged item. The box containing the damaged item was UNDAMAGED so there were no problems with the delivery. If dented "second quality" cans of an otherwise good product are sold without telling the consumer they are buying a DAMAGED product, I cannot confirm this. . My "shrink wrapped" 12 pack arrived with two massive shrink wrap cuts and dented cans in the middle of the 12 pack. It seems obvious to me that this "package" was made up of scattered dented cans. The outer packaging with the AMAZON logo did not withstand any scrapes, scratches or wrinkles - it was in perfect condition. The box was neatly packaged and padded, so I can only conclude that the jars were dented (and the "shrink wrap" was cut to fit the dented jars in the apartment) BEFORE anyone put the jars in the Revain box. dented cans to animal shelters, CANIDAE - don't send them to your customers.
