Review on 🔪 Premium 4-inch Damascus Chef's Paring Knife by XOTO by Mariah Perry

I am a locksmith with over 30 years of experience and a lover of knives and old damask barrels. I have to disagree with a previous reviewer who claimed these knives were fake damascus knives. I'm pretty sure it's genuine Damascus steel, which is the term commonly used by modern knifemakers. I have seen fake laser printed damask and this is not it. One clue is how the damask pattern wraps around the "forged dents" on the blade. like contour interval lines on a topographic map. I doubt anyone would fake it or could fake it that well. It also seems to be a pretty good knife. There was nothing loose or rattling about what I received. I've ordered a few more of these.
