Review on PMS Cloud Channel Manager by James Wonsley

The channel manager is very easy to use and helps me keep track of all my guests' information. It's also great to have someone else checking up on everything for me when I'm away! There isn't much I dislike about this program, it works well and is easy to use. If there were any complaints, the program would be better if the reporting was easier to understand than just showing "average" numbers. Easy way to keep track of our guests' stays. I can see who's been staying at our resort, what their room rates are, etc.
