Broken Stepper Motor Hat, Jeston Nano Onboard Dual.

The board is not working properly. The 1st driver (DRV8825) works fine, but the 2nd driver does not send the correct signal to the stepper motor. I have replaced the raspberry pi, stepper motor and cables, the same problem keeps repeating itself. I swapped the driver. This is much worse and a waste of money.
