They are perfect! I bought these for my (almost) 3 year old. They fit well (as expected) and seem very comfortable. My son LOVES them. A strap at the back helps keep them secure. They are easy to put on and take off. . . A must in our house. As a precaution, if this is your child's first pair of flip flops, you may need to spend time teaching them not to run or lift their feet a little more than they are used to. Triggers (by their nature, NOT by this particular design) make triggering more frequent. My son quickly got the hang of it and no longer stumbles regularly.
