Not worth the money. Has design flaws.

I've had it a little less than a year and used it maybe a dozen times before the snap mechanism stopped holding the cable open. When it worked, the cord would always get caught during the winding process, forcing me to pull and guide it again. In contrast, I have a $50 Harbor 50 foot hose reel that is easy to use and will be used and abused. harder than that. Now I'm trying to get email support for manufacturing from China. Wish me luck.
