Nice monitor but fast connection problems

I ordered this monitor about 3 months ago and am very impressed with it. It was thin, light, had a nice color scheme, and came with all the necessary ports in a protective case. I'm not an expert on brightness or color, but I was happy with what I got. I've also always used it plugged in, so I've never had the low brightness that others have experienced. I usually wait a month or two before writing reviews just to make sure I've used it enough to do it justice. I've only really used it a few times, mostly for travel work and also for my Switch. So I was surprised when on my current trip, the second trip with him, the mini-HDMI connection caused problems. If I moved the monitor at all, it lost the signal completely and it took me a while to realize it was the connection on the monitor and not my laptop. If I moved the cable a little, the signal disappeared. It's a bit absurd how sensitive he is. It's still usable as long as I don't touch the cord and it's at the right angle, but damn it's a shame I'm having issues so soon after purchase. I've also attached a video demonstrating the problem. EDIT: So out of curiosity I bought a replacement HDMI to mini HDMI cable to see if it could somehow be the culprit of the problems I was having and lo and behold. was. So now with the new cable I don't have the problems shown in the video I uploaded. Now I can move the monitor and experience no signal loss from the device it's connected to. I'm leaving the video just in case someone else encounters a similar problem. Try replacing the mini HDMI cable with another one. I also went ahead and upped the rating to one star after confirming that the issue is not with the monitor itself.
