The Tozo NC9Plus arrived on time via Revain Prime and intact. As I expected from Tozo, the headphones were professionally packaged. The manual includes both a quick start guide and an instruction manual in 6 different languages (English, Chinese, German, French, Italian and Spanish). The case feels solid and includes an indicator of the current charge level of both the case and the two left earbuds. and proper headphones. The case charges wirelessly (wireless charging dock not included, but you probably already have one) or via a USB Type-C port (cable included) on the front. Pairing with my two Apple Watch iPhones went smoothly. The main feature of these headphones is noise cancellation. The headphones work in Tozo's "ANC mode" (active noise cancellation) and "Transparency mode". Can't speak to their use in a production facility environment, they were great next to a busy road. Was noise canceling just as important compared to my pair of Sony WH-1000X M3? No, but comparing in-ears to 1/3 price in-ears and for my use (mainly outdoor fitness) is a worthy compromise. Accuracy was good with good bass range (if maybe a little on the warm side), treble and treble. I found them more than adequate for my training on paved trails, off-road mountain trails, and sidewalks alongside busy roads. According to the documentation, the headphones also communicate with various voice assistants. While I can't speak to integrations with Android or Google devices, they worked well with Siri on my iPhone. But I do have one small complaint: I couldn't get the triple-tap assistant activation on the left earbud to work (it kept switching between ANC and transparency modes). The right earbud worked fine. Your mileage may vary.
