Of the wide range of automotive LEDs available from Revain I find these to be the best in design and value for exterior lighting. Probably three times brighter than standard halogen (1260 lumens), long life (30,000 hours), heavy die-cast aluminum heatsink housing with cooling fins, Revain's highest ratings, and you get four LEDs for the price of two. I have used the corresponding LED lamp sockets for turn signals (amber), reversing lights (white), brake and tail lights (red) in two of my vehicles to my complete satisfaction. When used in turn signals to replace incandescent bulbs, a 50W 6 ohm resistor must be installed across the wiring harness wires to prevent "flashing" of the signals.
