See attached photo of 1 foot extension. The cable itself is only about 6 inches. The total length of the cable + connector is about 1 foot. If you're looking for a 1 foot extension, this isn't it. If you just need extra plugs and they can be short, this will work fine. EDIT: At the time of editing (April 2020) the product selection appears to have been updated with the correct cable length. Before that, there was a review of the "1 foot” extension. It looks like the purchase of the product has been changed to "6 inch cable".
