Great product at a great price

This agility ladder comes with a carry bag so I can train anywhere. This is a great training tool that I think every personal trainer or anyone wanting to train on their own should have. Ladder workouts can be intense, but there are basic and advanced exercises so they are suitable for any fitness level. Comes with 4 pegs in case I want to train at the park. I really love the bonus massage ball, it can be very useful after a hard workout. A must for personal trainers! I give him 5 stars.
