I bought the agility ladder because it looked like it would be fun to keep in shape. There are so many things you can do with it. And you will have a hard time stopping once you start. I even tell your kids or your partner even a dog will use this lol! The cones are a bonus too and they come with the bag so you can put them away when you're done. I am happy with my purchase.

This agility ladder is great. I've used many in the past, bought cheap ones and tried to save money. When I'm teaching kids, the ladder tends to break quickly and/or move out of place on the rope. So far this is my favourite. Much stronger and parts (beams) don't move as easily. It's great when you're tutoring kids in class and they're climbing the stairs while they're not studying. The bag is nice and the two little balls are a fun addition.

To be honest I wasn't expecting much as I thought the price was too good to be true. Arrived on time in a small black bag. The ladder is great - easy to take out and use and easy to put away. It even has a little velcro that you can wrap around the ladder to keep it from falling apart. My boys and I have used it before. It also comes with several mini training cones. This agility ladder comes with a carry bag so I can train anywhere. This is a great training tool that I think every personal trainer or anyone wanting to train on their own should have. Ladder workouts can be intense, but there are basic and advanced exercises so they are suitable for any fitness level. Comes with 4 pegs in case I want to train at the park. I really love the bonus massage ball, it can be very useful after a hard workout. A must for personal trainers! I give him 5 stars.
