The "x" in the description and on the box means 3 months free use of the Xsplit software (via a code written on a small leaflet in printed on the packaging) and has nothing to do with the camera model. The box contains a Logitech C920 camera. I hooked it up to my Dell XPS 15 9500 (2020 model) running Windows 10 Pro and didn't need to install any drivers or software. I use it with zoom. No popups, no errors, it's 100% plug and play. Image quality is a huge improvement over my laptop's base camera. It's crazy that laptop camera quality is still an issue in 2020. Also, this is a webcam and works as advertised.
