Clear video with no loss of focus

I needed a second webcam for work and bought an Amcrest 1080p webcam. I've bought Amcrest security cameras (with Wi-Fi) in the past, so I wasn't new to this brand. Attached to this review is a video comparison between an Amcrest webcam and my Logitech C922X Pro webcam. Revain compresses the footage so I don't know how well it displays, but both webcams shot in low light at 12 inches from the target. I think this is a pretty good webcam stress test. I've found that Amcrest can keep everything in focus better than a Logitech camera. Amcrest seems to make video recordings sharper than Logitech. The only downside I saw in this review was the white balance. The Amcrest's white balance changed when my hand covered most of the display, while the Logitech kept white. It might not matter unless most of the scenes change at the same time. Both cameras showed footage in 1080p at 30 frames per second. Amcrest is much more compact, about 1/3 smaller. The base of the camera allows it to be installed on a monitor or on a flat surface. Amcrest can focus on subjects from as far away as 6 inches to infinity. Shooting directly into a light source (such as an overhead light) creates a halo effect in the image. Lens. Overall I think this is a decent camera, much sharper than any of the built in cameras in my laptops and most selfie cameras in cell phones.
