is it magic? no Is it just a piece of polyester fabric? Yes. Does it really work? Depends on the. The temperature is subjective. What I feel cool/cold and/or hot/warm may not be what someone else feels. So will this work for me? It was actually - a little. Keeps my neck cool - not cold when cycling in hot weather. But it doesn't take that long. I take cold water with me when I travel and splash a bit every now and then and it keeps it cool for me.
