My personal experience.
I bought this product based on the positive speed reviews (not online). Well, the one I got doesn't check in fast, not even average. At first I thought it was because it needed updating - I updated it but nothing has changed. Multiple keys will not register without additional pressure. I contacted the company a few days after receiving my laptop; and after realizing that it was just a defective laptop, however, I didn't get any response from them. I will just stay away from this company mainly due to lack of communication.
