Review on Uncle Jack Microfiber Adjustable Stainless by Blake Burrell

A mop head works when you have a mop handle to attach it to. I am a busy mum of 4 boys and received the mop but did not open it to make sure all the pieces were in the box. I only recently got to use it just to find the mop handle and since my boys pulled out the foam I wasn't 100% sure the handle was in the box when I got it. I contacted Uncle Jack and I think since I'm an honest person and I told them my kids are in the box they wouldn't even sell me the pen separately. They want me to buy a full set of mops, 18 inches, which is not easy to find in Revain search. That. Now I have a mop head but no handle. This company with a friendly American name is clearly NOT American, and as you can see on the box: clumsy phrases, misspelled words, evidence that the person who designed the box doesn't speak English or has very little education or a computer without used spell checker in english. I would be a very happy customer if I just had a mop handle for the mop head but as this company only cares about selling you a full set of mops good luck getting all the parts in the box or you will do Only in the creek, do not sweat. They will happily sell you another piece of junk made in CHINA.
