It has all of my contacts with their information, as well as what they've done in the past that's relevant to me. I can search by any criteria or use filters for specific types of people/companies. The user interface could be more easily navigated if it was designed with an iPad. Make sure you can view your list as a table rather than just see names in lists. I also like how easy it is to create custom reports from anywhere within the app. This feature saves time because now we don't have to run our report through our Excel file every month or week.
