Cons: Poor cable management. Well I have to say that if you intend to fully articulate it and return it, it's not very good. It's difficult to lay it completely flat (i.e. against the wall) without pinching the cord with the brackets, and there's no way to make the cord slack, allowing it to stretch or twist and then tight again can hit the wall. Plus there's no forgiveness for centering the TV on the wall - it's center mounted on a wall stand and that's it. I designed the cleats/stays knowing this (new design) but others retrofitting one of these will find this to be a problem. Pros: This mount is pretty nice, especially compared to other mounts. The arm also moves very smoothly, which is great as LG OLED TVs are very thin and I was worried about flexing it. fully articulate AND use the cable routing channels built into the mount. However, when I tried using them and turning down the TV's voice volume, the above issues persisted.
