Terrible customer service and very unstable device
I've had this device for about 6 months. It was very easy to set up initially and had great picture quality on both my HD monitor and mobile phone. After about 5 months of use we lost signal from ALL cameras that were online. I've been on the phone with tech support almost three times a week for the last month. They have been told to download their software to diagnose and reset the cameras, but they cannot use the software themselves! I keep getting told to call back the next day to see if it's still open. It's been like this for over 3 weeks now and they can't give me an answer if they can help me.
