My wife was skeptical about buying a powder instead of our regular liquid dishwashing detergent. She said she had no reason for her doubts other than concern for the mess. I found out about this product from EWG and started searching the internet when I wanted to reorder the product. We usually used bags, but Whole Foods bags weren't very good: our jars were covered with plastic. This product did the job perfectly. Whereas our previous product left a film on the lids of our glass jars. Biokleen Auto Dish Powder - Free and Clear cleans our dishes really well and leaves no film residue. Also, there was no mess my wife was worried about. The only problem - if you want to call it that - was that it would help if the product came with a measuring cup. We use a leftover liquid medication dispenser to measure what we need for each load.
