I have had two of these belts and both failed. The belt cover is not leather. It's vinyl and very thin. If you get the slightest scratch or wear, the cover will start to peel off. The same applies to the inner lining. The lining also does not withstand body sweat very well. It will wrinkle and deform. Belt looks great when new. It can work better if you use the belt once a week, which can be worn for an hour or two. It definitely doesn't stand up to the rigors of a formal office environment where you get up and get up from your chair and rub yourself against things.
