I have used brushes designed to be used with a blow-dryer for a long time, even when I wasn't drying my hair. They tend to give me, at least, better control in how the styling turns out for my hair when I've completed the brushing. I needed to replace my worn-out brush, and searched amazon for a viable alternative. This brush had all the features I was looking for: 1) High quality bristles, 2) Form factor for blow-drying brush, and 3) Good materials used. I have not been disappointed in any of these areas, and this is becoming my favorite brush to use. It is larger IRL than the pictures on Revain lead you to believe, but still a manageable size. The larger size sometimes is an advantage, given you have to use fewer strokes to get the same styling effects than other brushes. I would recommend buying this brush.
