I like the flax floss because it goes better around the edges and penetrates the gum pockets very well. This is my favorite because you get a lot in the package and it's comfortable without being fancy. This bundle is cheaper than Walmart/Target and lasts a while. I like to leave it in the car, in my purse, at work, on my desk, in a mess to remind me to floss and it really helps. I probably buy one of these every 6 months. I have great gums and minimal bleeding at the dentist and they are amazed. Yes they floss :) kidding they know!
