First kit purchased fails 10 days after installation. It was also slow to leak, which while annoying (the supplied fittings were the wrong size) worked for at least a few days. After 7 calls to "customer service" and "technical support" WOLO went undiagnosed - although I suspected what it was, I was constantly told that "they rarely fail". I bought a second device to compare. The second block was dead out of the box. Unbelievable. But now that I had two total, we were able to start swapping parts and find that the first pressure switch was bad (compressor shut off at 40psi, not 110psi) and the second pressure switch was DOA. Called WOLO back 3 more times and was always told to speak to "Sten" but he was never available and didn't seem to reply to the voicemails I left him. Eventually I contacted the sales manager and today he has agreed to send them back (at my expense) and he will look at them and replace them if necessary. All in all a miserable experience for an item I could certainly live without and now I'm stuck on two of them - hopefully at least one of them works. On the other hand, when the horn is on, it is quite loud and sounds like a train.
