I think I was luckier than some other people who bought this thing - I was able to return it and get my money back. I was so excited to get this shaker! Imagine my disappointment when upon closer inspection the rubber ring used to hold the two sides wasn't actually there to make it - right out of the box. No matter how I tried to return it, it didn't work. Based on the design of the product, I'm pretty sure the problem isn't with my particular shaker, but with the design/manufacturing of the product itself. I had to wash and pin these things up regularly, didn't I? Although I don't understand how that could have happened. Too bad Jamie's name is on it. I returned it the same day and got my money back. Of course not for the delivery, well.
