I've had them for about a year now and noticeably don't let air through. I installed them with blue Loctite just in case and the angle can be adjusted a bit while cycling. The only issue I have with them is that in just a year they are mostly bronze now instead of black. The caps that come with the kit are rubbish, I replaced them with a set of standard black plastic caps. For the price and the convenience of the angle I would recommend them, but if you only buy for aesthetic reasons you will have to spend more.
