Review on MaxMiles Accessories Handlebar Extension Flashlight by Demian Shah

I needed an extension to move the e-bike control box forward so it doesn't get in the way of my smartphone holder. I chose this product because of the positive reviews and the beautiful design. Unfortunately I should have read more reviews or asked. As other reviewers have noted, the actual rod diameter of this extension is only 22mm, meaning it's too small for most modern accessories, including my control box mount, which is designed for 31.8mm rods. However, I found an easy workaround by purchasing a piece of washing machine drain hose from a local hardware store. Its inner diameter is perfect for the bar and its outer diameter is approximately 31.8mm, so the control box is securely attached. the dimensions of both the handlebar clamp (which comes with brackets for all common handlebar diameters) and the optional handlebars.
