Faulty thermal printer

After 6 weeks, it started to print labels without many letters and misprints in many areas, which is a problem for labels and barcodes. I might have gotten a defective one, but I was also annoyed that the return window had already closed in just a month. I contacted support but the troubleshooting steps did not help. Assuming it worked flawlessly for 6 weeks. it was a waste of money. Get a more expensive one with good support and a longer return period if it doesn't work!
