I use these every day for my lunch at work, in addition to the U Konserve medium round containers. Easy to open. Easy to seal. And "almost" airtight unless you toss those things A LOT in your bag (lesson learned). As an added benefit, stainless steel holds the cold surprisingly well when left in the fridge overnight. I forgot to chill my lunch in the morning as soon as I got to work, but the food is still cold at noon. The plastic separator is fine and holds up well, but I rarely use it. The purpose of the purchase was to avoid bringing the food into contact with plastic (yes I understand the lid is also plastic but not in direct contact). disappear with every cleaning. Great product with durability that will last for years.
