I was trying to decide between a basket and an oven fryer. I am very happy that I chose the basket. Everything is in the basket. So the basket is the only thing that needs cleaning and it has a non-stick surface that makes cleaning easier. I also like the large display. The machine stops when you open the basket drawers and restarts when you close it. This makes food control easier. I've cooked fish, egg rolls, breakfast sausage, reheated frozen bread, french fries, and baked muffins in aluminum paper muffin tins. Everything turned out great! The best solution!
