Just received today. As soon as I opened it up, I felt like it was too light and fragile, like a regular snap shot. The bottle had numerous scratches and defects. Mostly youthful, as if it had been sloppily handled when packing. The scratches on the bottom were more pronounced, as shown in the photo. It worries me if I pour boiling water into it or put it in the fridge for too long. The handle looks like it might break if it can take the full weight of the bottle. I hope it isn't. The lid is more aluminum than steel in my opinion, so I hope it doesn't rust too quickly (if at all). The seller has already emailed me about their 100% support for their items, so that's a positive. I'll keep updating it as I use it - I plan to use it for hot tea and then allow the tea to cool to make a frozen fruit tea. If the case holds up (or their support is as good as they say) then Hiware will definitely win against this customer. Also three so far, because of all my concerns. Hope this helps someone decide. Contacted Hiware about the issue. They offered a refund or exchange without taking the jug back. Just started using the bottle. Everything seemed fine. Didn't use boiling water and put straight into the fridge. I haven't tried boiling water with it yet. But definitely 5 stars for a company that emails within 48 hours and offers a refund.
