I'm a Chef. Here is my review: Short Review: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Long review: The devices overheated so much that the candles started to melt. I called the electrician thinking the outlets were bad or there was a bad connection somewhere in the house (new, btw). I called NewWave Corporation and spoke to Angelica G., who works with management. She was rude and impatient. She asked me to send her the model numbers of the devices. I have made. She then asked me to send her a photo of these units. I have made. She then asked me to send her proof of purchase. I have said. I told Angelika G. that the devices were still working, but they would glow if I continued to use them. She said there was nothing she could do. It had a one year warranty and mine was out of the return window and barely used. I don't think the warranty covers defective equipment that poses a fire hazard. This is not a law. Anyway if you want to waste your money be my guest. And you want your house to burn, do it. Most of these reviews are unprofessional and are not long-term reviews. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. you have been warned Made in China.
