I have an iPad. Bought it for my desk and bedside table. It won't support the weight of my iPad at all. If you slide the part that connects to the iPad past the clip that attaches to the table, the weight of the iPad will pull your hand down. Tries to tighten, loosen, adjust. Changing how/where it's appropriate etc. I even contacted the company about this (they never replied) to see if there was anything else I could do but to no avail. I wouldn't buy this for an iPad or any other tablet larger than a 6" or 7" Kindle. Edited to add: They made every effort to contact me after I posted the review. They did everything they could to make it right for me, including sending a replacement and refunding the cost of my order.
