It is important to note that initially I tried to leave my review on the company's website. Instead of posting my review, they refunded my money. I've checked multiple times and they have no less than a three star rating. It's not because people don't rate it lower, but because they don't allow one or two star ratings on their site. It's hardly transparent and doesn't allow people to see the problems of others to decide whether or not those pain points can be problems for them. I know I'm not the only one because I've seen similar comments on their ads and social media posts; They are usually removed as well. On the product itself. Although it looks nice, it is not comfortable to use. The canister is quite narrow and the mechanism takes up a lot of space. It's also extremely inconvenient, especially when your coffee levels drop. If you have even slightly larger hands or longer fingers, even slightly long nails, or any kind of mobility issues or arthritis, you will probably find it difficult to engage the mechanism without pinching your hand or twisting your fingers. Also, the seal does a terrible job of keeping the coffee fresh. It often slides sideways even after you've flattened the coffee and tried to operate the mechanism. I've had mine for a few months and I absolutely despise them. Bought this early during COVID when basically everything was closed and didn't want to risk going to the post office to return it. I hate being wasteful which is why I'm still using it for now, but I look forward to the day it finally breaks and I can throw it away and buy something else. My initial rating on the company's website was two stars, but here I am giving one star due to questionable feedback from them. I used to think about trying their other products, but not anymore. Sharing honest reviews, both good and bad, helps others make informed purchasing decisions, and also helps the company identify its customers' issues so it can improve future product releases. They don't seem to care.
