More discreet than most and the sound quality is good.
I like that this mic is more discreet than most mics that come with aftermarket stereos. I placed mine on the windshield behind the rearview mirror, as close to the ceiling as possible. It is almost invisible and does a good job of picking up wind noise from the windows. The sound quality is pretty good too.
